  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the session start date.

  • Ask for a printable document of Payment Due Dates.

  • No refunds are issued within 30 days of the session start date.

Parent Drop-Off

A SignUpGenius link will be emailed to you about one week before Check-In Day. Check-In time slots are approximately 1:00-3:30PM.

  • Your child will check in at the Infirmary first if he or she has medication. Campers will be dropped off at their cabins in Junior or Senior Camp.

  • To help campers settle in smoothly, once your camper’s luggage is unloaded, please say your goodbyes outside the cabin so they can start settling in and getting to know their counselor and cabin mates.

Missing Home

It is totally normal for campers to miss home, and for parents to miss their camper! Believe it or not, there are things parents can do to make things easier or harder for their camper.

  • Please review our Missing Home suggestions to help ease your camper’s – and your – concerns.

Snail Mail

Camper Snail Mail Address: Camper Name, Cabin #, c/o Camp Marymount, 1318 Fairview Blvd., Fairview, TN 37062

  • Cabin numbers will be shared with campers and parents at check-in. If you would like to send something to your camper before arrival day, that’s perfectly fine—we will make sure it gets to them once they arrive.

  • Please do not mail packages or snacks, as food is not permitted in the cabins to keep critters out.

  • Details about snacks available through the camp canteen will be emailed to parents before camp begins.

Bunk1 Photos and Emails

Bunk1 is a communication platform used by summer camps to keep parents connected with their campers while they are away at camp.

  • Send letters to campers electronically. Camps print and deliver these messages to campers as physical letters.

  • Receive photos from camp, so parents can see what their camper is experiencing.

  • Communication between parents and campers without requiring campers to have phones or internet access in the cabins.

Funding the Camp Wallet

The Camp Store will be open and available for campers during their stay. If you prefer, you are also welcome to shop with your camper on Closing Day after check-out.

  • Leftover funds in Camp Wallet will not be refunded. They will be donated to the camp.

  • To add funds, log in to your family page: https://campmarymount.campbrainregistration.com

  • Click the button that says “VIEW DETAILS” under “Summer Camp”

  • Next, go to the bottom right of the page where it says “Camp Store Wallet” and click the button that says “ADD DEPOSIT”

  • From there, you will be able to enter credit card details and the amount you wish to add

Parent Pick-Up

A SignUpGenius link will be emailed to you during the week before your camper’s Check-Out Day.

  • Check-Out time slots are approximately 9:00-11:00 AM for all sessions.

  • Stay with your camper throughout the Check-Out process until all belongings are loaded in your vehicle.

  • Parents and campers are welcome to walk around camp together and/or shop for souvenirs at Marymart with their camper once their car is parked in the paved parking lot near the Lodge.
