What to Pack

Here is the Camp Marymount Packing List for campers attending for 2, 3, or 5 weeks.

Here is the 1 Week Camp Marymount Packing List for campers attending the 1-Week session.

Parent Drop-Off

A SignUpGenius link will be emailed to you about one week before Check-In Day. Check-In time slots are approximately 1:00-3:30PM.

Your child will check in at the Infirmary first if he or she has medication. Campers will be dropped off at their cabins in Junior or Senior Camp. Here is the Drop-Off Map.

Please bring your Camper Info Sheet and hand it your child’s counselor.

Stay with your vehicle and say goodbye to your camper outside the cabin. This will allow your camper to start bonding with his or her counselor and cabin mates right away.

Missing Home

It is totally normal for campers to miss home, and for parents to miss their camper! Believe it or not, there are things parents can do to make things easier or harder for their camper.
Please review our Missing Home suggestions to help ease your camper’s – and your – concerns.

Snail Mail

Camper Snail Mail Address: Camper Name, Cabin #, c/o Camp Marymount, 1318 Fairview Blvd., Fairview, TN 37062

Cabin numbers are provided to campers and parents upon check in.

Please do not mail packages or snacks. Non-candy snacks may be packed in your camper’s belongings to arrive with them at camp.

Bunk1 Photos

Bunk1 is an optional, paid application that allows parents to view photos taken during the camp day.

Click the link to view Bunk1 Instructions.

Please check your email for the Bunk1 access code that was emailed to you.

Funding the Camp Wallet

The camp store will be open starting Day 3 of Camp. For sale will be shirts ($25), stickers ($5), and other small items (no food for sale). A deposit of $30-50, more or less, will allow plenty of options for your camper.

Alternatively, you can shop with your camper on Closing Day after checking your camper out. We’ll accept cash from parents who wish to shop on Closing Day, but we will not accept cash from campers, because they shouldn’t be bringing money to camp.

Leftover funds in Camp Wallet will not be refunded – they will be donated to camp.
